1/2 Inch Skirted Drum Sanding Arbour
Hand Machined Skirted Drum sanding Arbour, exclusively made here at Arcane Armoury.
This is a special sanding drum arbour with an approximate 45 degree skirted guide.
The guide it’s self uses twin ball race bearings allowing the skirt to spin independently when the drum is rotating , great for putting chamfers on materials such as EVA foam for cosplay etc.
*Low running speeds suggested to extend bearing life.
The key feature of these sanding arbours is that they do away with the horrid tiny screws that always get chewed up on most other commercial sanding arbours. This design employs an Alan /Hex key system to ensure a good positive location when tightening, and ensuring the drum sleeve wont slip whilst in use.
In addition Drum Stack kits are also available for each size , These enable you to place two sanding sleeves on a single mandrel.
